After almost 10 years, the time has come for me to say goodbye to Sustera.

It feels both strange and exciting to write those words. When I joined what was then called Dry-IT back in May 2016, my job was all about humidity measurements — running around construction sites, checking sensors, and learning the ropes of the business one project at a time.

Over the years, thanks to the incredible people around me, I got the chance to grow far beyond what I could have imagined back then. From measuring humidity to leading IT in Sweden — it has truly been a journey. I’ve had the privilege to work with some of the most dedicated, smart, and supportive colleagues anyone could ask for. Together we’ve tackled challenges, built new systems, merged companies, and modernized the digital backbone of Sustera.

It hasn’t always been easy — there have been ups and downs, late nights, and tough decisions. But every step has taught me something. I’ve learned about technology, leadership, and collaboration, but also a lot about myself. Sustera has been more than just a workplace — it’s been a place where I’ve grown, both personally and professionally.

Now, it’s time for the next chapter. I’m excited to announce that I’ll be joining Confect as a Senior Developer and Business Consultant. I’m really looking forward to diving deep into new challenges, learning new things, and contributing with everything I’ve gained during these past years.

To everyone at Sustera — thank you. For the trust, the laughs, the projects, the friendship, and the countless moments that made these years so special.

It truly is the end of an era — but also the beginning of a new one.
